Introduction
Ms. Zhang brings over 9 years of extensive experience in handling a wide range of immigration matters, including status change applications, E-2 investor visas, H-1B, E-3, and O-1 work visas, L-1 multinational executive visas, family-based immigration, Writ of Mandamus actions, and employment-based green cards, particularly EB-1A, EB-2/3, and NIW petitions. In addition to her immigration expertise, Ms. Zhang is also proficient in entity formations and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining Mino, Ms. Zhang served as the Regional Director at a boutique law firm on Wall Street, New York. In this role, she successfully established and managed the firm’s California branch office, where she was instrumental as an executive member, overseeing its operations and management for over 4 years. Additionally, Ms. Zhang previously worked at King & Wood Mallesons in Beijing, further enhancing her experience in international law and corporate governance.
