OUR SERVICES
01
Temporary Work Visa
We provide legal assistance for various Temporary Worker Visas, including:
• H-1B, L-1, O-1, P-1, and E-class (E-1, E-2, and E-3) visas.
Most Temporary Worker Visas require employer sponsorship, with the employer completing the application as the petitioner. These visas grant beneficiaries the right to work legally in the United States and are often the first step towards employment-based immigration. Temporary Worker Visas remain the most popular nonimmigrant visa applications.
02
Employment Based Immigration
We handle applications for multiple types of employment-based immigration, such as:
EB-1A | extraordinary ability immigration |
EB-1B | outstanding professors/researchers immigration |
EB-1C | multinational managers/executive immigration |
EB-2 | those with advanced degrees or exceptional ability |
EB-3 | for skilled workers, professionals, or other workers |
EB-1A and EB-2 National Interest Waiver petitioners do not require a labor certification (PERM) and can self-petition. However, general EB-2 and EB-3 petitions require a PERM certification from the U.S. Department of Labor before filing the I-140 immigrant petition.
03
Investment Immigration
We provide guidance on EB-5 investment immigration, which allows foreign nationals to obtain a green card by investing in a U.S. business. This visa enables permanent residency for the investor, their spouse, and children under 21. Though reforms have affected the EB-5 program, consulting with a professional immigration lawyer is advised for the latest updates and proper planning.
04
Family Based Immigration
We assist with family-based immigration, allowing foreign relatives of U.S. citizens or permanent residents to reunite in the United States. Immediate family members (spouses, children, and parents) of U.S. citizens can apply without numerical limitations. Applications for other relatives may be subject to quota limits and processing timelines based on the applicant’s category and country of birth.
05
Writ of Mandamus
We offer legal services for filing a Writ of Mandamus, a court order compelling a government agency to fulfill its mandatory duties. Suitable for immigration cases like H-1B, O-1, I-589, I-526, and various I-485 cases when processing exceeds USCIS’s standard timeframes. A response is typically expected within 60 days of filing.
06
Business Services
We provide various business-related legal services, including:
- Company registration and establishment
- Stock transfer and change
- Contract drafting and review
- Trademark registration and rights protection
- Due diligence
07
Civil Litigation

• Divorce Proceedings
• Contractual Dispute
• Intellectual Property Infringement Litigation
